The Albion Middle School Academic Honor Society (NJHS - National Junior Honor Society) meets throughout the school year. The NJHS members conduct several school and community service projects.

Past activities have included the spring cleanup at Arc's Camp Rainbow, acting as buddies for participants in the New York State Games of the Physically Challenged at Brockport College, and distributing programs at the annual open houses. This year students have been busy volunteering as mentors after school at the elementary school.

The society's annual induction ceremony is held each spring. Academically eligible seventh an eighth grade candidates are invited to apply for membership based on the criteria of leadership, citizenship, character, and service.
