Dear Parents,

Attached is a document that was developed by the Orleans County Mental Health Department.

It was distributed at the November 19th community meeting, held in the Middle School Auditorium.

It details things you can do as a parent to help your children identify and understand how to manage stress and anxiety.

We hope this information is helpful to our families.

If you have further questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to our building counselors or Orleans County Mental Health.
