Close out Homecoming Week on Friday, Oct. 9, as the OC Rivals compete under the lights against West Seneca East at 7 p.m. at Albion.
Gates open at 6:30 p.m. | No admission fee
Pre-game: Honorary coin toss and special recognition
Half time: AHS Homecoming Court, OC Rivals Cheer, and Albion Alumni Foundation raffle drawing
Special recognition: Former game announcer Alec Sherman will perform the honorary coin toss ahead of the game. Sherman retired from the press box in 2025 after serving as the "Voice of the Purple Eagles" for 46 years. Since 1979, he brought unforgettable spirit to the microphone, helping shape the soundtrack of ACS history. The District looks forward to the Albion community joining them as ACS pays tribute to Sherman, a retired teacher, coach and Albion alum, for his contributions, as well as the memorable mark his voice has left on generations of Purple Eagles.
