High School Financial Literacy students had the opportunity to visit 4th grade math classrooms to help teach money management skills. HS students spent the last month developing mini lessons with content that would be beneficial for younger students to have a better understanding of. It was a fantastic learning experience for all involved! #FutureReady
Fourth-graders Owen, Emma and Moses proudly represented Albion at the Regional Spelling Bee in Newfane, NY after earning top honors in our Elementary School competition. Special congratulations to Emma who scored in the top 8!

We would like to thank the many local businesses and professionals who took the time to participate in our Elementary School's first SOAR Into Your Futures Career Fair! Through interactive and informative exhibits, 4th and 5th graders were able to benefit greatly and learn about different career path options that exist. Thank you for inspiring our students and broadening their horizons!

In celebration of Music in our Schools Month, the Albion Music Boosters provided their annual sweet treat for all band and choir students and teachers in the district. Over 400 customized Della's chocolates were distributed to emphasize their appreciation for all of the hard work and dedication involved in learning, practicing, and performing music!

The Elementary School Lighthouse Team hosted their 2nd annual Paint the Tiles Night to support he Albion Elementary PTA. Families designed 31 ceiling tiles, with "Leader in Me" practices in mind! Tiles were installed throughout the hallways of the elementary school. Students can get their tile back when they graduate. For our youngest designers, the year will be 2039!

HS FFA members visited 2nd grade classrooms for NY Agricultural Literacy Week! They shared their experiences in agriculture, read agriculture-themed books aloud, and led activities that that focused on agriculture's important role in daily life and the economy.
Please join us in extending a big thank you to our transportation staff for Bus Driver Appreciation Week! They enjoyed a special breakfast as well as many handmade cards. We thank them for all that they do, not just today, but every day. 🚌💛
