Hometown: Albion, NY
Education: I attended Cornell University as an undergrad and earned my Bachelors Degree. I earned my Masters in the Art of Teaching from SUNY Empire and my second Masters in Educational Administration from SUNY Brockport.
Family: My husband Mike and I have been married for seven years, and we have two boys: Sam (5) and Shane (3) and twins expected in June!
Why did you want to do this job: A job where a get to talk about books and poetry and ideas all day is not really a job, it's a passion!
What is your favorite thing about what you do here: I love hearing different student perspectives during our Socratic seminars, and I love hearing all about books that students get to read on their own.
What has been your best memory since you worked at Albion: My best memory has been competing with the faculty at homecoming (my scooter racing skills are sub par at best).
