On May 19, Albion Central School District residents voted to approve the 2026-27 school budget and to elect three members to the Board of Education.

All three budget propositions passed. The school budget proposition passed by a margin of 264-71, the school bus purchase proposition passed 268-70, and the Hoag Library budget proposition passed 266-69. The total adopted 2026-27 budget is $45,615,036 with no tax increase for district residents.

Kaitlyn Panek, Jaime Allport and Michelle Waters were elected to fill three available board seats. Panek and Allport will each serve a five-year term beginning July 1, 2026. Waters will serve a one-year term beginning July 1, 2026.
