Albion Middle School students will share findings from their Revolutionary War research project and unveil new roadside markers on Saturday, May 16 at 10:30 a.m. at Pierce-Smith Pioneer Cemetery. The ceremony is student-organized and they invite the community to join them in celebration of the 250th anniversary of our country and honor those who have served. Both Revolutionary War and Civil War reenactors will be present.

The HS Band and Marching Band programs are excited to host their annual Pulled Pork Dinner Fundraiser on Saturday, May 2 from 3:00–5:00 PM. Drive-thru pick up is at the Albion High School. Elementary students had the opportunity to participate in an Instrumental Petting Zoo for an interactive, hands-on experience where they learned the basic steps of how to hold and make a sound with band and percussion instruments. Students enjoyed exploring different instruments and discovering which ones they may be interested in playing with the help of high school band volunteers! 🎶

High School Financial Literacy students had the opportunity to visit 4th grade math classrooms to help teach money management skills. HS students spent the last month developing mini lessons with content that would be beneficial for younger students to have a better understanding of. It was a fantastic learning experience for all involved! #FutureReady
