We would like to congratulate Albion eighth graders Sutton and Luci who were presented with the Olie Olson & Clara Barton Award from the Genesee Valley BOCES for engaging in civic work to enhance their communities and beyond. This award recognizes students that informed and took action to assist and enhance the lives or work of those in the community who serve or have served others. They were nominated for their execution of a multifaceted Revolutionary War research project in our community.

COMMITMENT DAY || Five student-athletes from Albion's class of 2026 announced their decision to continue their education this fall while competing at the collegiate level for their respective sports. Congratulations to Kaitlin (MCC Softball), Kaiden (GCC Baseball), Nathan (ECC Baseball), McKinley (GCC Soccer), and Mia (GCC Soccer). Mr. Rodland's middle school students and Miss Barber's 5th grade students recently visited 3rd grade classrooms to share career presentations. Together, students researched and created engaging lessons to help younger students explore future opportunities. This project allowed for students to practice leadership, communication, and collaboration while serving as positive role models for our elementary learners. Thank you to our 3rd grade for being a great audience!
